Syncing problems/Client Side

Hello,

I have kind of a weird problem with one of my users. We
are running Exchange 2000 and I have a user on a laptop
running XP pro with Office 2003. I hope I can explain
this good enough

Okay, his calendar on his laptop doed not always show
correctly. Let say he takes it home and when he opens it
up offline he will be missing some appointments that were
inputed that day or even a few weeks ago. I could see
where it might not snyc correctly the day he puts
something in but stuff thats missing that he had in there
for a few weeks is kind of wierd. Can anyone help?
