I¹m having a problem syncing Entourage 2004 with my new Palm Treo 650. I
am running Panther 10.3.9. Any suggestions?

Still having problems with the treo connectin to my mac. Connected via USB,
but when I hit the hotsync button on the
plug of the Treo, it trys and then finally ends and tells me it¹s unable to
connect.

I would say that it seems to be some configuration problem on your system.
The Missing Sync tech support can be helpful in getting you over this
problem. Sorry I don¹t have a direct suggestion. I can only tell you it
does work.

In the main window of M/S, click conduits; double click Entourage and ensure
that Œenable sync with new handhelds¹ is ticked.
I also find it helps to re-login when I get sync problems.
You have double-checked for sync conflicts? You could also try deactivating
the Docs2Go conduit, which is buggy.

hi

could someone please email me the Entourage 2004 conduit? I've had
data freak out (ok - it was pilot error), and I'm thousands of mile
away from my install disk!!!

things were going so smoothly... and yes - missing sync does/did wor
well.

thanks in advance

You shouldn't need the Install disk. The "Handheld Sync Installer" should be
in /Applications/Microsoft Office 2004/Additional Tools/ folder. If you have
Entourage and other Office apps, you must have the Microsoft Office 2004
folder. So check there, and reinstall the conduit from that installer.
