Syncing with Palm

I'm trying to setup Entourage to sync with my Palm Tungsteen T3. When I
run the "Handheld Sync Installer" program I get an error message that
says "Error Microsoft Component Plugin" not found. What does this mean?

BTW

I'm doing this on a new Power MAC G5 with OS X 10.4 (Tiger)

What version of Entourage are you using? If you're using Entourage X, first
make sure you've applied the Office X 10.1.6 update. Then download and
install the Handheld Synchronization software from the same site. Both are
available here:
<http://www.microsoft.com/mac/downloads.aspx#OfficeX>

If you're using Entourage 2004, open Entourage, and go to Help > Check for
Updates to download & install the latest updates. Once that's done, go to
/Applications/Microsoft Office X/Additional Tools/, and launch the "Handheld
Sync Installer".

Mickey perhaps you can help me as I cannot get Entourage 2004 to sync
w/my palm. It had been working well but for some reason it stopped.
When I go to the conduit settings, the Entourage conduit says
"double-click to see". When clicked nothing happens, as when I click
the change settings button. I have installed and re-installed the
handheld sync installer, being sure to have Office apps shut down, as
were "office notifications" and Entourage Daemon, to no avail. I have
checked for Entourage updates and all I found was the revised junk
email filter.

Any thoughts?
