Syncing with PocketMac

Cant seem to get Entorage to sync with PocketMac for my blackberry - the software seems to work, then creates the following error message:

"Could not lcoate the Microsoft Entourage Office Synchronization Tool"

Any thoughts /

This might better be asked in the PocketMac forum found here
<http://forum.pocketmac.com/> since this is an error message from their
product and not from Entourage.

I've been checking the aforementioned forum on the Blackberry site and can't find any solutions. It appears to be a conflict with Entourage and PocketMac so I am not sure whose software is to blame.

Are there any BB/PocketMac experts among the folks on the Entourage and/or Mac BU team?

MacBU may have folks assigned to help third party companies troubleshoot
their software working with Entourage, but they can't support that third
party software themselves.

The responsibility for fixing problems relies with PocketMac and
Blackberry. Unless they can find a bug in Microsoft's published
specifications for integrating products into Entourage then Microsoft
can't really do anything.

My gut feeling is that because Entourage and these two companies also
rely on Apple's Sync Services, determining the problem or problems
becomes more and more difficult. Everyone may be waiting for fixes to
come from Apple too.
