Is there a way to syncronize business contact manager with the basic outlook
contacts file? v-cards, and all of the automated contact generating
qualities of outlook generate a contact record. In addition, the
distribution lists are generated in the basic contact manager. So I'm trying
to "update" or "syncronize" my business contact manager database on a regualr
basis.

Hi,

There is no way to update or sync your Business Contacts with your Outlook
contacts. what you can do is to copy your Ooutlook contacts to Business
Contacts as below:
1. Go to Outlook contacts
2. Select all the contacts using Edit-->Select All / select the contacts you
want to copy using mouse and Control key
3. Click on Edit --> Copy
4. Go to the Business contacts folder
5. Click on Edit --> Paste

This will paste your Outlook contacts to the Business Contacts folder.
Please note that Distribution Lists cannot be copied to Business Contacts.
