Syncronize betweenOutlook 2003 and 2010?

I currently have a desktop and laptop with Outlook 2003 on both. I
keep the e-mail synchronized by swapping the PST files back and forth.
Crude, but it works for me.

I recently received an Office 2010 upgrade for only one machine. Is
there a way to sync between the two versions of Outlook? Outlook 2003
works well for me, so I can keep the old version on the upgrade
machine if necessary.
