Syncronize calender with secretary

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003. Is there a way to syncronize my calendar
between my secretary's PC and the one that I use? We are both on the same
network. This would be an excellent tool to have when we need to look up
appointments that I have scheduled.

I am not exactly technical on this I know a little. here is my set up.

2 desk top PC networked. I also want access via my lap top.
How can I share calenders on all three PC at anytime. It is for scheduling
appointments etc.
Any help would be great.
