Zakhary,
Have you tried using the feature for leaving messages on the server for XX
days on the accounts for each PC using OUTLOOK?
1. Initally you will need to copy the *.PST folder from one PC to another,
to some removeable media or device, such as CD, DVD, or memory stick. I
would recommend that you do some housekeeping on the message folders first,
and remove any unwanted messages that you do not want to copy to the 2nd PC.
Copy and paste the file onto the other PC. Making sure that either the file
name is different, or it is placed in a different folder than the *.PST file
for that PC. After pasting the file on the PC, right click the file>
Properties, and remove the "Read-Only" attribute for the file.
Also consider using the same "Messages Rules" in both applications of
Outlook, they can be used to move messages easier in Step#2, after you copy
over the other PC's Outlook *.PST file. By applying the rules to the newly
created Personal Folder list.
2. Then open Outlook, and do the following:
In Outlook2003> Data File Management> Should show all the *.PST files
associated with Outlook application> Add button> Browse to the folder that
you pasted the other *.PST file in> Select it> OK/Open. And now all the
message folders should be displayed under a second Personal Folders List.
Then Copy and Paste the messages to the folders of the PC's Primary message
folders. Or use message rules as previously mentioned. Then do some
housekeeping for duplicate messages.
3. For Incoming Mail: Do this for both PCs in each of the Outlook
applications:
In Outlook2003> Email Accounts> Select View or Change existing Mail accts>
Select the Email Acct you want to change> Change button> More Settings
button> Advanced tab> Check Box to leave messages on server.
If you check both PC's on a regular basis, I would recommend that you place
the setting to remove the messages after 7 days, but if longer between
downloads, go to 14 days. I would recommend that you check the webmail
interface, and see if the messages are being cleared from the mail server,
leaving you room enough for new messages. Also that the mail box is not
filled beyond your ISP's mailbox size.
4. For the Outgoing Mail:
I personally do not use the "Save to Sent Mail" folder feature. I prefer to
add my email address to the BCC: Line. And create message rules to move Sent
messages, to user created folders based on the TO: or Subject Line. So I
basically send myself a copy of the email, and have rules list, store the
message(s) in the appropiate folder.

Sorry...
Those do not help. They offer downloading outside software to synchronize
numerous Outlook components. I am looking for a way to synchronize just my
mail on two or more computers, preferably by using what comes with the
system. If Outlook comes with nothing that can do that, then please advise.
