Syncronize or copy calendar between 2 computers

I have a desktop and a laptop both running XP and Microsoft Office 2007. I
want to transfer my updated calendar from one to the other or, alternatively,
synchronize them. I also have an iTouch that I currently synchronize to the
desktop. As I will be going to FL soon, I will be taking the laptop, thus
the need to take an up-to-date calendar with me on the laptop and to use it
to sychronize my iTouch while I am there.
