Syncronize outlook with my live calendar

Can anyone let me know how to syncronize outlook with my live calendar, I
have downloaded & installed the outlook conector but can't seem to find a
sync option.

Installing the Outlook Connector, defining your live account in Outlook, then
making those folders the delivery location should be all it takes.
