Syncronizing Access Database between windows CE device and Win2000 PC

I am having terrible trouble attempting to set up a
relationship between a windows CE device and a win2000 PC.
I want the CE device to be the master and the Desktop PC
to be the slave.

Having no success, does anyone know of any known problems
doing this??? I have search MS Knowlege Base but to no
avail.
