Syncronizing between many outlooks!

Hello all

i have outlook 2007 installed on my home pc, laptop and my office pc as
well. and i have on the three outlooks the same accounts, calendar,
contacts....etc

BUT, i have them the same because i "sync" them manually :-( so sad i know.
the network i work on does not use/support MS-Exchange.

Making the settings exacty the same, with the same email rules and
catagories.. and to-do stuff is a real pain in the back.

My question is:
IS there a friendly easy quick way to sync all my outlooks and make them
identical ???
