Syncronizing Business Contacts with Palm

I have spent considerable amount of time setting up all my business contacts
using BCM. I am using Pocket Mirror to syncronize my outlook with my Palm
PDA.

Does anyone know the trick for syncronizing BCM data to a Palm?

Any help is much appreciated.
