Syncronizing contacts in BCM

Is there a way to easily syncronize my contacts in Outlook Business Contact
Manager with the Contacts that I have in my ACT Database. I am getting tired
of having to enter contacts twice.

Try the following work around:

Step 1 export the data base from Act as an ACT 6 .dbf database
Step 2 Open the database file in excel 2003 as a Dbase file (.dbf)
Step 3 add a row at the top of the spreadsheet
Step 4 Add column titles to the data
Step 5 save as an excel 2003 workbook
step 6 file import in outlook pick other program or file/pick excel2003

Step 7 map the fields from act to BCM
Step 8 import into the bcm contacts folder
