Syncronizing Entourage 2001 with Palm Tungsten T running

Puchased a Palm Tungsten T and can not get it to Hotsync with
entourage 2001 on my Powerbook G3-400. It just times out.


System used
Mac operating system OS 9.2.1.

Microsoft Entourage Conduit from Value Pak no version
Palm Desktop 4.1 Installed
HotSync Manager, Conduit Manager 3.1
