Syncronizing on Network

[Steve]

Hey Everyone-

I have Windows XP and Outlook 2000 on both my PC and
Laptop. The laptop is linked to the pc through our
network but I am unable to syncronize outlook! I am
having to sync to my palm from one side and then take it
to the laptop to place the info over there.

Any help would be great! Hopefully, I'm just having
technical issues!
