Syncronizing Outlook

My memory fails me, but somehow, I set up my system for all mail (Outlook
2003) to go to all computers (3). When I open Outlook in my secondary
computer and laptop computer, all mail from the last time I used the
particular computer is received. However, if mail arrives in Outlook on my
secondary computer or laptop, this mail does NOT go to my primary computer (a
new computer). How can I make sure that all emails are received on all
computers?

Another problem: On my primary computer, using Outlook 2003, there appears
to be a significant delay when viewing emails. For instance, I may view one
email, and when I click on another, it takes several seconds before the text
is shown for that email. What's going on, and how can I "fix" it? My computer
is an AMD Dual Core 5000 (2+GHz) with 2GB RAM, so performance is not the
issue!

Hmmm.

1. You have to select the option to leave a copy of messages on the server
so that all computers receive the same set of messages. Unless you do this
the outlook will download the message and delete it from the server. When you
go to another computer with the same mail account , it will simply wont show
the mails because its not in there. You have this option under Tools->
Accounts->View/change->chage->Advanced .

2. This is probably due to the antivirus program you use. Just try outlook
safe from the run menu and see is it still slow. If it is working fine, then
disable all the addins from Tools->Options->Other->Advanced options->Add in
manager and COM- addins.
