SyncToy exception error

After upgrading to SyncToy Final, I can't seem to launch it... I get the
following error:

SyncToy.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services

Application has generated an exception that cound not be handled.
Process id=0x544(1348), Thread id=0xbec(3052)

Click OK to terminate the application
Click cancel to debug the application
*******************************************

I have uninstalled and reinstalled all .NET. framework componants.

Please help / advise.

Found the answer in "SyncToy won't run"
Problem resolved.
