synonyms disappear from right click when you add bullets in word

Sometimes I try to use Synonyms by right clicking the mouse but I dont get it
when there is bullets or special format in the text when I use Word.

Note that you can use Shift+F7 to display the Thesaurus (in the Research
pane for recent versions of Word).
