Sysprep utility for Office

Task:

1. Create an image of a PC with Windows 2000 and Office XP.
2. load image to a brand new PC.

After doing this I could use the Sysprep utility to change
the product ID of Windows 2000.

Is there any utility like that for changing the product ID
of Office XP?
