I am getting an error message "RTHDCPL.EXE - Illegal System DLL Relocation.

The system DLL user 32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not
run properly. The relocation occured because the DLL
C:\WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for the
windows system DLLs

Does any one have any idea how to get riid of this please

Yes I think I can. I had the same problem yesterday. Microsoft have a
download Update for Windows XP (KB935448) which sorted the problem out. If
you do not find the download straight away. Look for Security Update for
Windows Server 2003 (KB925902) then navigate down the bottom of the page to
find 'What others are downloading'. That is where you can find it.
