System Administrator Undelivered: XXXX

M

Marilyn

With no known changes to Outlook 2003, XP SP2, or other related software,
today my husband cannot send email messages to any address, except to his own
ISP email address. The last successful emails (except test emails to
himself) were yesterday, 12/8/2005.

The exact text (except the email address) of the undelivered message is:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: Test email
Sent: 12/9/2004 8:07 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'(e-mail address removed)' on 12/9/2004 8:07 PM
None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.

This occurs with Norton Anti-Virus scanning outbound on or off. His system
administrator is not reporting any persistent issues with email. He can send
email from his ISP's internet mail site, but not from his Outlook 2003
mailbox.

We have run a full virus scan with no issues found.

The Properties of return sender System Adminstrator do not show any site, so
we think that the emails are not getting out of Outlook -- stopped by Outlook
before getting into the ether.

Here is my OPMLOG file (I have changed the user name to my.name). Please
note that I get exactly the same logging data for undeliverable mail from
different email addresses (my work email address for example):

This seems to indicate that the account youre using to attempt the send is
not in the chello.nl domain even though you're using chello (one of the
world's most spam-friendly ISPs) as the mail router. Are you properly
authenticaing to the outgoing server?

It could also be that gmx.net isn't accepting connections from chello.nl.
