system cannot find specified path

dear sirs:

office xp was reinstalled and when we attempt to open attachments it says "system
cannot find specified path"

please advise how to fix this problem as this facet is important to our business.

Does this happen with all attachments or only certain types?

May I ask why you had to re-install Office?

thanks for responding, we re-installed because we upgraded to win 2000. At that
point, outlook would not work so we re-installed office xp. We then reinstalled adobe. Currently it is working!, but a pop-up continues to come up that says "system cannot find path. Probably it's ok, as it is working, just a bit annoying.
