System clock incorrect message when opening Word/Excel

I have a a user who gets the following message every time
he opens an Office application:

OFFICE PROFESSIONAL ACTIVATION WIZARD

The date/and or time zone reported by your system clock is
incorrect and must be corrected for Microsoft Office XP
Professional to work properly.

Of course whenever he changes it back the same message
appears.

Do you know of away of disabling the wizard or permanently
changing the date.

This sounds like a hardware and operating system issue. Try having the
"user" set the proper date and time in BIOS, and then in the operating
system set the timezone. (assuming this is a standalone PC. no domain)
