I am receiving a Spooler error SYSTEM ERROR (0x80004005)

Anyone got any ideas as to how to resolve this?

Yes, Here it is
For spooler error 0x8c040012 you will need to check to see if your
Project Managers are using "inactive resources". This error occurs
when a plan is published that has inactive resources. There is a
hotfix that addresses this issue. Please see Q823333 below.

For spooler error 0x8c040017 you will need to make sure your Project
Managers are using "Build Team From Enterprise" or you can go the the
Account Creation properties from within Project Web Access and make
sure "Create Accounts from Microsoft Project" is set to "Allow" rather
then "Deny".

For spooler error 0x80004005 you have referred to Q328249 and added the
everyone group to the security of the View Drop folder. This should
resolve your issue.

You have to go to the application server and make this change.
