System Error (0x80004005)

We are getting the same error after applying SP1 to
Project Server 2003 in a distributed environemtn. Did you
recently apply the service pack ?

I applied SP1 a while ago. The solution in my case of 2003 in a dist environ
was the following:
1. From an administrative PWA account, go into Admin, then Server
Configuration
2. Under Select the features that you want to make available to users in
Project Web Access, allow everything; it will not permit you to allow Approve
Timesheets, but that's OK.
3. Click Save Changes button at the top.
I know this makes no sense, but it worked for me.
