System error: 0x80004005

When I publish a project to the project server with service package 1
through project professor 2003(have install service package) ,I meet the
error:System Error: 0x80004005.

threre are following error inforamtion in the event log:

but I still resolve the question.

who know where can download the hotfix :project2003-kb893622-fullfile.exe,
I can't find !

You must call Microsoft support to obtain hotfixes. These are almost never
put up for public download. Know that fees will be waived once you've passed
the triage point.

I had a similar issue. I ignored the readme, and missed a couple of steps,
when installing SP1 for Project Server 2003. I only installed the fullfile,
and I did not run the SQL scripts to update the database. Once I upgraded the
DB, the Project Spooler worked correctly. Make sure to follow the steps in
the readme, and you should be ok.
