System error republishing assingments

When I try republish assignments, I am getting the following error in my Project Spooler. I looked at the MS Knowledgebase and found an article about permissiona and check my permissions and they were what they were suppose to be

Here is the system error
Project Server Spooler Error (0x80004005

Any ideas
