System idle time ? (not ACCESS idle time)

hy friends,
i m searching a code to keep track of the system idle time, i got a code but
it was not that much perfect. Because It is only capable of tracking the
ACCESS idle time.


but i require a code that will keep track of system idle time, so please
help to find out the code.
