System like MS sharepoint

I am trying to explain about the system like MS sharepoint. Since my mother
tongue is not English,
I have a little bit of problem organizing words.


"We develop the document management system for clarifying and sharing all
files in an organization.

Sometimes, you have a ton of files scattered everywhere at your office and
take a long time to find a exact file you are looking for. With our system,
you can classify these files by having metadata bases for different purposes
and search through our system to find a file. The Metadata for each files
are controlled by central metadata server and files are uploaded to the
dataset servers which can be located remotely. We are targeting a big
organization so that they can have a central metadata server at the head
quarter and dataset servers at each district branch."
