System locks up

When I try to use print options of draft and grayscale, my
system locks up. Clicking on apply after choosing each
makes no differnce. Any suggestions to prevent the lock
up?

Try deleting and reinstalling the printer. Check at the maker's internet
support site first to make sure that you have the latest driver.
