I am using Access 2000 (9.0.3821 SR-1).
I have created an Access database with numerous union queries, and one
external link to a table on a SQL database.
On a laptop with 1.8GHz Pentium processor and 512MB RAM, the queries will
run successfully.
If the Access database is moved to a server, and the linked table associated
with a mirror SQL database (same table size), some of the queries fail, with
a dialog box titled "Microsoft Access" appearing containing the message
"System resource exceeded." This despite the server having significantly more
processor and RAM.
What are the potential causes of the "System resource exceeded" message?
