Using Windows 200, SP 4 and Office 2003, SP 1, every time I open (or do
anything) Excel 2003, I get this message: "Not enough system resources to
display completely." After clicking the ok button, I can continue working
long enough to type 1 character.
So far, I have rebooted, made sure to install all updates, and deleted the
toolbar config files excel.pip and excel11.pip.
This didn't fix it.
What do I do next?
