System restore

My sister-inlaw has Office 2000 on her HP/PentiumII, an
older model and she keeps getting errors popping up. I
could not find the way to trigger a system restore would
anyone have the answer for me? Thank You.

When she powers up the computer the screen say's VECTRA
then it goes to windows 2000 pro?

I am unfamiliar with that operating system.

Hello Edward thank you for your reply. The O.S. is Win.

2000 Pro. When she powers up the computer VECTRA comes up
on the moniter first before Windows loads and right below
it reads F2. I went in but to no avail.

Windows 2000 does NOT have System Restore. You would need Windows XP or
Windows ME to get that feature as part of the operating system. There
are 3rd party softwares that can perform this function. www.google.com
would be a place to start looking for more info.
