System Time

I wrote a time clock module into one of my networked
databases. Currently, users can change their local system
time and change the time that they log in and out. Is
there anyway to read the time and date from the server and
not from the local pc, or is there a way in group policies
to restrict all local users from changing the system time
on their pc's?
