system undeliverable message

I am getting this message while sending message via outlook:


"The message could not be delivered because the recipient's destination
email system is unknown or invalid. Please check the address and try again,
or contact your system administrator to verify connectivity to the email
system of the recipient."

However i dont get this message when I disable "Use cached exchange mode"
and the message gets delivered.

Myself and the recipient are on the same Exchange server.

Please Help.

Tried updating your offline address book already? You can do this through
the Tools-> Send/Receive menu.
