We usually send emails when one of our (non microsoft) software is down.
We decided we're going to send an invite to post to calendars (set as all
day event; showing person as 'free' with no "reminder") would be a good
option of 'sticky noting' system status to everyone's calendar (and also
reduce the emails we get that we can't anwser in a timely manner.
HERE IS THE QUESTION:
Is there another way of using outlook to notify employees of these kinds of
messages (such as our 'systems down' notifications) ????
