SysTray icons after SP2

M

Marzipan

An systray icon is displaying with a label "Microsoft Office Customer
Experience Improvement program" is appearing post SP2 update. We are in a
corporate environment and this is going to be an unneeded annoyance to our
customers.

Any way to disable this thru a script?

Hi Marzipan,

There's usually not an icon for thise, but
the setting has been available in Office 2003 from installation
based on the settings in Help=>Customer Feedback Options.
http://ceip.microsoft.com

It can be disabled with a group policy setting
