T-Chart for Word

I can seem to get it right. There was a way where i could make a chart
looking like:

However, I have completely forgotten how. I also know that you can draw a
chart using that pencil thing, but that makes it look like:

||
||
||

Can someone help me out here? It's for a school project, and I would really
like to know how to make a T-Chart in Microsoft Word 2003. =D

This is dead simple. Create a two-column table (with one or more rows as
needed). Apply borders selectively, one between the columns and one at the
top of the table or below the heading row, as required.
