t h c and v keys do not work

At times these keys will simply stop working in Microsoft Outlook and only
Microsoft Outlook. For example, I will type "the count victor" into a search
field address field or new mail message and what will appear is "e oun ior"

This will only happen in Outlook not in other programs and restarting
Outlook fixes the problem (until the next time it crops up). This issue has
occurred with three different keyboards so I highly doubt it is a hardware
problem.

WTF MS?

I have the exact same problem except my V key works. Just like this dude I've
tried other keyboards but the only thing that fixes this problem is
restarting Outlook. And then only for a short while! WTF Microsoft?
