Welcome Gustav -

On a Mac it's Command+Tab & Shift+Command+Tab to cycle through application
windows... Although you can just keep the modifier key(s) held while
repeatedly pressing Tab. Also, if you use Command+Tab, let up on the Tab key
only you can then click the desired icon to go directly to that app window.

In the same vein, Command+` will cycle through document windows within an
application.

For more, see Mac Help on keyboard shortcuts as well as the Help in each
respective application. In general:

Mac's Option key = the PC's Alt key
Command = Control

But that isn't universally true. Often the keystroke is the same in the Mac
version of a given program if that same program exists on the PC, but there
are a number of exceptions to that as well, so Help is the best resource.
There are a few strokes used on the PC, for example, that can't be used by
the Mac sibling because OS X has commandeered them [or vice-versa], but one
of the nice things about the Mac it that almost any keystroke can be
customized (reassigned) in both the OS as well as in most apps with very
little effort.

BTW - Mac's Control key is a "bonus":) Hold Control while you click, for
example, for the equivalent of a Right-Click on a PC if you don't have a
2-button mouse. It has other assignments as well.
