I am having problems with my tab key. From time to time
it sets itself that I cannot tab without having it change
screens on me. The only way I know t reset it is
restarting the computer. Is there another way? My office
computer is kind of old (3 years) and it takes a while to
restart. The operating system is Win98, Computer is Dell
Dimension with PII 350Mhz and 128 RAM (I know, time to
upgrade.) Thank you

Hi Yanira,

This is a problem I've found with Windows 98.

The Ctrl key is stuck - not physically but Windows thinks it's
depressed. I could clear it by pressing Ctrl in combination with other
keys such as Shift, Alt, Tab, etc. Eventually it would start operating
correctly again.

Minor correction: as Bob pointed out, this should have been Alt rather
than Ctrl.
