Tab changes paragraph level

In Word 2000 I was able to use the Tab key to change my
paragraph levels up or down. I can't seem to find the
box to turn this on in Word 2002. Can anyone tell me
where it is?

On the Tools menu, choose AutoCorrect. Click the AutoFormat As You
Type tab, make sure you check the option to "Set first and left indent
with tabs and backspaces", and then click OK.
