Tab control--different color on bottom?

I have a tab control on an Access form. Recently I made the tab control
taller (greater height), but the added height at the bottom of the tab
pag is now white color rather than the tan color of the rest of the tab
page above it. Also, the autosize (upon opening the form) has stopped
working, such that the white part is cut off and must scroll down.

I have already checked that the form's working area encompases the
entire tab.

Any ideas? Thanks.
