Tab Control Page Caption Color

Is there any way to change the text color of the caption
of a page on a tab control (the color of the tab text
itself)?

Another possibility is to set the Style property of the tab control to
None, and replace it with an Option Group containing a Toggle Button for
each page of the tab control. You can use code on the option group's
After Update event to move from page to page of the tab control, and you
can format the caption on the toggle buttons in any way you like.
