Tab control

I have a form that contains a subform of tab control forms.
My problem is when you click the different tabs it "bops" and moves the form
to "fit" the screen and it is an eye sore.
Is there a way to lock this box on the screen and not have it move the whole
form around when you click on the different tabs?
In design view, it does not move around.. I even made sure that all of the
subforms on the different tabs are the same size, I don't understand why
some of the tab subforms makes the whole form move.
Any suggestions?

That usually means that the subform *controls* are not large enough to see
the entire subform it is referencing.
