Tab in a table to specific locations

B

Brian Bonewitz

I have a word 2003 document that has a table. I want to
tab to certain fields to enter data. The table is set up
like this:

Name (individual cell)
Blank (for user to enter data)

Address (individual cell)
Blank (for user to enter data)

How do I make it so when the user tabs to the next field
it will goto the "blank" field for entering data vs. the
next cell such as Address?

Thanks,
Brian

Hi Brian,

You need to use Word form fields and protect the document for forms if
you want the ability to press Tab and move from field to field.

If you are not familiar with Word forms then check out the articles
