TAB Key usage

The TAB is a mess. It is, on one hand nice to be able to indent with it but
when you use the tab key to create columns, say three, pressing the ENTER key
returns you to the next line in column three. Leave the oreration of the TAB
key as it is in Word and use something like CTRL M (as in Word) or the indent
button on the toolbar to indent.

Additionally, being able to set TAB positions would also be useful.

This strange behaviour is documented in Help topic "Create a table structure".
The designers assumed that you're able to populate the content in each
column sequentially (ie. finish all content of column1, then finish all
content on column2, etc) which is different to the way one normally fills-in
tables, ie. a row at a time.
