I have a Tab control on my Access form. When the computer’s settings are on
Windows Classic there are no problems, but when I set the theme to Windows
XP, the caption is not always visible. The captions all appear when I first
load the form, but disappear when a tab page is deactivated. They reappear
again when I put the mouse over the tab.
I noticed that some other users posted comments about forms flickering and
that doesn’t seem to be the problem here. (1) The form doesn’t flicker and
(2) all of the labels are either converted to textboxes or associated with
controls. There are other objects however (list boxes, subforms, etc.) that
aren’t associated with labels, but I don’t think that’s the problem. Also,
this occurs in both design and form view.
Has anyone had this problem before? Any ideas of how to fix it?
Thanks,
Sam
