I recently discovered Allow in Cell Editing - great feature! (see link
below for "how to").

The only other thing I would like would be a way to tab through the
editable Outlook fields with arrow keys like in Excel. How can this be
done? That way you could quickly fill in the fields - ie copy a
field's value to the clipboard and just arrow down to the next message
and paste it in, etc.

Make Outlook email messages more searchable
Blogger punkey's got a simple way to "tag" your Outlook mail for
easier searching, when the subject line of a message you've received
has nothing to do with its actual content:
Change the subject line. Think of it as personal tagging. It is very
easy to do.
First, double click the e-mail (or hit enter) to open it in a
separate window. Then put your cursor on the subject line and start
typing. That s it. You can add your own reference date, project
number, whatever or change the subject line completely. Whatever is
going to be meaningful to you. Use as many words you like. When you re
done, Ctrl+S to save.
Oh, how I wish with all my email searching heart that Thunderbird and
Gmail let you change the subject line of received messages and re-save
for easy reference! Any other email clients besides Outlook allow for
this? Let us know in the comments or at tips at lifehacker.com.

Outlook - Changing the subject line WITHOUT having to open the E-Mail
message or use other apps.
Open Outlook and go to "View" on the Menu Bar. Then / Arrange By /
Custom (Menu Pops Up) / Click "Other Settings" Tab. (Menu Pops Up) /
On the top right 2nd down Check the "Allow in Cell Editing" Box. Click
OK 2 times and you're done. Edit away.
